VCFWin for Windows
VCFWin is available for evaluation and purchasing from this web site or from our business partner Prosirius Technologies. You may purchase VCFWin using any of the following methods:

Using PayPal from our web site.
Personal/cashier's check or money order (accompanied with VCF Order Form).
Department purchase order (accompanied with VCF Order Form).

Buyers purchasing VCFWin from our web site, using PayPal, will be send an email with a link to download their registration file. The registration file will be available for downloading for 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, registered uses will need to contact SEDataTech for a replacement registration file in order to reinstall VCFWin. Please read our "Software Return Policy" before ordering on-line.

When purchasing VCFWin with a personal/cashier's check, money order or department purchase order, each copy will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service on a CD-ROM. A $5.00 Shipping/Handling charge will added to all orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

VCF for Mobile Computing
VCFPalm and VCFWm are available for evaluation and purchasing from this web site through PayPal or from our business partner Prosirius Technologies. The methods for purchasing VCFPalm or VCFWm are the same as when purchasing VCFWin for Windows. When using PayPal to purchase a VCF Mobile Computing product, a registration file will be sent to the email address provided in the confirmation notice. The registration file will be sent as part of a personalized installation that provides your name and serial number in the Setup Wizard. You can opt to have just the registration file sent to you by stating so in the comment section provided on the PayPal order form. Registrations will be sent by email the same day they are received. Please note that SEDataTech may not receive a confirmation notice immediately after they are filled out by the buyer. If the order confirmation is received after 6:00 pm EST, the registration file will be sent the next day (weekends included). If our office is closed for a holiday or vacation, your registration file will be sent as soon as our emails are read. Please read our "Software Return Policy" before ordering on-line.

Serial numbers for all VCF products are unique to the individual or agency purchasing the product. Each serial number of a VCF product is generated from the purchaser's name and other information given to SEDataTech by the purchaser. This method helps us in keeping track of our registered owners and helps us to provide better support and updates to our customers.

SEDataTech accepts personal and cashiers checks, money orders, and Government Agency Purchase Orders. All credit card purchases are handled through PayPal and may have additional charges (international orders). Shipment on orders paid by personal checks will be sent as soon as the check has cleared our bank. Depending on the type of license purchased, orders for multiple copies of a VCF product may take two to three extra days to ship. Florida residents must add 7% sales tax to their VCF product order.

Software Returns
At SEDataTech, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase of any of the VCF line of Crash Reconstruction Software products. Our applications have been thoroughly tested prior to their release as evaluation copies. We stride to assure the purchaser that they are getting an application that is as error free as humanly possible. Although we would like to have a full refund policy on all of our software, the possibility of piracy is extremely high when purchasing software on-line. Because of this growing problem throughout the industry, SEDataTech can not refund the purchase of software sent to you via email. If you feel that you may need to return any of the VCF products, please download and use the order form to purchase the product via check, money order or Purchase Order. We will refund purchases only if the original shipping container has not been opened or tampered with.

Since most of our software registration is conducted by email, SEDataTech has adapted this policy because we can not be guaranteed that the software in question is not or will not be used after the purchase price is refunded to you.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and speak with a sales representative. You may also email us and state your complaint and contact phone number. A sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Our Support Policy
If you purchase VCF for Windows, SEDataTech will provide free email support for the product for as long as you own the product. Telephone support is provided free of charge for one year after the purchase date. Program fixes and updates will be provided free of charge to all registered owners.

If you purchase VCFPalm or VCFWm, SEDataTech will provide free email support for 90 days from the day the registration file is shipped to you. Telephone support is provided free of charge for 14 days after the purchase date. Program fixes and updates will be provided free of charge to all registered owners.

When using email support, a response is normally sent the day it is received. Problems that require programming or fixes to the application will be answered on the day received, but may not necessary be corrected on the same day.

All of our FREEWARE software is provided As-Is with no warranty or liability implied. Reported bugs or errors with the data will be corrected and a new update will be provided on this web site as soon as possible. Telephone/Email support is not provided for these products.
