From our early beginning in 1984 as J.T. Oleson & Assoc., we have strived to be the leading producer of quality, inexpensive software for the public safety sector. The first release of VCF for Windows (formally known as Traffic Accident Formulas or TAF) in 1984, was the brain child of a Hillsborough County Auxiliary Deputy who asked if it was possible to write a crash formula calculator for an Apple II computer. Since then, the software has been written for Apple, TSR-80, PC, Palm and Windows Mobile in several language platforms.

On April 1, 1999, the solely owned company Southeastern Data Technologies (SEDataTech) was formed and began distributing our line of crash reconstruction software under the VCF name. Our technical advisors and consultants are current or retired law enforcement officers with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Florida Highway Patrol as-well-as IPTM instructors; each with more then 10 plus years in the field. This combination of experience and knowledge is the heart of the VCF family of Crash Reconstruction Software. As president and CEO of SEDataTech and a retired Senior Paramedic with the Hillsborough County Emergency Medical Services, a past Reserve Deputy of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for 18 years, I take every effort to make the VCF line of software accurate, user friendly, easy to use and cost effective.

SEDataTech is located in Thonotosassa, FL, just outside of Tampa and not too far from Busch Gardens. We also specialize in custom software, a full line of networking services and PC sales and service.
